Task #1:
As of right now my plans after high school are to attend Ferris State University and major in communications. I plan on living on campus throughout college. It's nerve wracking to go off to college next year and be away from my parents who have helped and guided me so much but I'm ready for some more freedom. I love the idea of being able to live away and make more of my decisions as well doing what I want to do. I can't wait to adventure into the college world. It's really exciting to think about.
Task #2: Interview Questions-
1. How was the transition between high school and college?
2. Is college more difficult?
3. Do you like living on campus and learning? Why?
4. How could you have improved yourself for your first year of college?
5. How was leaving or staying home? What are the good and bad aspects of it?
6. Before college, what were you most worried about going into college?
7. How did you know what you wanted to major in?
8. Advice for me next year?
9. What has shocked you the most about college life? http://today.ucf.edu/files/2010/09/classroom-548x365.jpg

Response to interview:
After this interview I am both excited and scared to go off to college. College dorms can be scary. You have to meet new people and people can be very rude. As well as having teachers who don't help you as much as teachers did in high school. I appreciate the help so much in high school so surviving with a little guidance is going to prove to be tough for me. I'll just have study hard and work my butt off and hope for the best. But I am extremely excited to go too. Too be an independent person and I'm going to be able to make most of my own decisions. I'm ready for the freedom that comes with the college life.
